“To move is to remember, to return.”
I am a Colorado-born artist and mother, with over 16 years of embodied practice rooted in dance and asana. I am drawn to movement as both pleasure and practice, and value yoga and dance as a doorway into the subconscious, a way to re-center and move through the world with greater softness and heart. I have spent 10 years in various indigenous ceremony spaces and initiations.
My teaching and facilitations are grounded in a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned approach, with a devotion to creating warm, welcoming environments that allow students to relax into themselves. At the center of my work is a commitment to helping students remember their innate wholeness and belonging through self-love.
I believe movement is essential to navigating the human experience, and I am committed to making it accessible to all.
