Welcome,

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Taylor. I am a dancer, yoga teacher, and facilitator with over two decades of training in movement and embodied practices. I create spaces of connection and renewal through yoga, dance, and women’s circles.

“The psyches and souls of women also have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to the soul-place.”

— Clarissa Pinkola Estés Women Who Run With the Wolves

movement as medicine

Movement is one of our oldest languages. It is a way in which the body prays, remembers, and tells the truth when words are not enough. Each gesture, each breath, is a thread that leads us back to the hidden places within ourselves, the ones that long to be seen and set free.

In moving, we return to intimacy with our own bodies and stories. We awaken memory not as nostalgia, but as a living knowledge of who we are beneath the noise…instinctive, soulful, whole.

To move is to remember: we are not machines, not only minds, but beings shaped by breath and rhythm, story and bone. Movement is medicine because it restores us to this knowing.

It is my honor to walk this path with others; together we return to the wisdom of the body and the truth of who we are.
